We flew Heathrow-Delhi in October and as it was scheduled, it was not full so nice feeling of space. Nice roomy seats with best ever seatback TV screen and programmes, learn a language, play Millionaire etc etc.Comfy seats, great staff, decent food, on time.Can%26#39;t praise enough!

My wife and I and other family members have flown with Jet Airways many times and always very good service both on international and internal flights.
Also if connecting flights miss in Mumbai they will put you up in 5 Star hotel with food.

Nothing bad to say about them.
We used Sri Lanka Airlines this season to come to Goa instead of Jet and even if the flight fiasco had not happened with SLA we were going to go back to Jet next season.
In the next 7 weeks I have 3 Domestic and 3 International flights book with them so I think they are ok!!!
They always get my meal request right, good seat pitch and quite new planes.
Phil do you think the people who do reviews on these sites only pick them out when things do not go right. By coincidence I was reading the Jet one earlier when I was looking for the seat configurations and had to laugh at the bloke who was complaining about the toilet roll holder not sitting right on the wall:-)
