has anyone taken the flight that leaves kochi at 5.00 am? seems to have a very quick turnaround at Doha of 40 mins. Does it work or are you left stranded?

I took this last december with a turnaround of 35 minutes for my flight from Kochi to London Heathrow. I thought this was tight and when I get there, I was right to be worried.
When we arrived in Kochi the queues to get through immigration were massive. It was completely disorganised with a mad rush to get thgrough customs to catch the transfer for flights to the Uk and other places. We travelled with our two young kids and had to push through- very unpleasant.
When we finally made it to our checkin desk we were more or less the last ones to arrive. What made it worse for us was that we could have been checked in for this flight in Kochi which would have saved a lot of time, but werent which meant that everyone was getting very anxious as this took another 20 mins.
It is dooable if you are mobile, but is frantic. Make sure they check you in for the on going flight in India, in fact insist as this will help enormously.
