We have just got back

Hi all returned yesterday.

Tickets were waiting @ check in desk so I need not have worried.

1st impressions of EM airport good small %26amp; friendly, no delays a little hiccup comming into land @ Goa it was shrouded in heavy mist... the pilot failed to land as vision poor so aborted the landing %26amp; circled a while to take a 2nd chance which this time was O.K.

it was quite alarming but no one made a fuss.

On return to EM we expected sniffer dogs as at BHX their wwere no dogs, police or even anyone @ goods to declare we were amazed not as hot on security as BHX!!!!

Holiday excellent met old friends from last year 7 made some more over the 2 weeks.

Weather excellent Aldeia Santa Rita %26amp; all its staff etc etc brilliant.,

Would I do it all again next year yes we would.

I hope all of you who were going around the same time after the visa problems had a good a holiday as we did.

OMG peruna, think that flight would have finished me off (despite all the gin - before you say it Meerkat lol)

Have to say that our flight had me worried in Feb, as it came in the opposite way from xmas. I was expecting water and saw none and all of a sudden we were landing! Guess I%26#39;ve got far too much mischief to cause yet in this world! hehehe

I know how you feel, a few years ago we had two very scarey aborted landings due to the ground mist, in all we circled for 2 1/2 hours before finally landing on the third attempt!! We now choose a flight with a later landing time.
