Can anyone advise of a good hotel with a good size pool in the Calangute or Candolim area

What sort of budget are you looking at and it depends on what you call a good size pool?

What I do, is look at a travel website like Thomson as they have some lovely photos on there of various hotels and check out the travellers photos and reviews on here.

Then I%26#39;ll try and find the same hotel cheaper elsewhere, normally Thomas Cook for us.

Just try %26amp; find a nice hotel.....there is a great big pool not far away.....

Its called the Arabian sea,...lol

I%26#39;ve stayed at Sonnesta inn and Silla goa before so i know them.I was thinking about the Highland beach or Whispering palms this time just for a change

Highland beach sounds good to me , everyone seems happy there and they like the pool.

Just got back, stayed at phoenix park ,nice rooms and good sized pool, its a smaller hotel compared to highland,{ we stayed at highland before, seemed unfriendly being a product of its success hence more building, made it impersonal and overstretched, in my opinion}. phoenix park is in candolim.

Can highly recommend the Nizmar....but only on B%26amp;B status.....
