It is a bit of an old posting but see no reason why it should have changed.

Lots of internet cafes which are not expensive.

Starman there was a internet place next door to the sunset beach which is directly opposite w/palms its only small its alittle shop where they sell the usual water soaps crisps suntanlotions that sort of stuff...

I just returned from Whispering Palms and Whispering Palms hotel does operate a Wifi.

The cost is 100 rupees an hour if I remember correctly or 700 rupees a day.

There is an internet right next door, in the cigarette%26amp;drink shop, but that is extremely tiny space with 3 computers and no air con.

The cost reflects this though and it%26#39;s 40 rupees an hour.
