Tel3.com this works out to be around 9cents per minute foe most bigger cities and 10-13 cents per minute for all other cities.

Be careful with stanacard.com. Phone menus will not work. If you have to call anyone but family, the compnies are bound to have phone menus and you wont be able to get anywhere without the phone menus.
