Price of T shirts

Ok i know i wne t last year but i always felt i was paying over the odds for items even though they were still cheap.

What sort of price should i be paying for a T shirt for instance?

Is that a price they are likely to sell at or is that just a hopeful price?

It all depends where you shop,if you buy from beach sellers,shops in resorts or from tourist places like the anjuna or the night markets you will pay through the nose,if you buy from clothes shops in towns and villages away from the coast you will get the local fixed marked price and of course it depends on your taste too,for Rs300 I usually manage to get flip flops shorts and a t-shirt,its basic stuff but i like plain clothes without badges or prints so its good for me.

Just got back, we buy with the local stalls, all averaging 200inr over xxl= 250inr. These prices i paid this week.

At the side of Newtons supermarket in Candolim there is a cd music shop who does these t shirts http://www.tantrauniverse.com/ very good quality and they make great presents, only 295 rps each too.

Hubby usually gets pretty good quality t-shirts from Anjuna for R150. There%26#39;s a great shop in Calangute near Luma supermarket that does humourous tees and I think they%26#39;re around 300 - 350 if my memory serves me correctly. They are the same type Meerkat, I`m a sucker for a good t shirt, they are top quality so I would expect to pay 150-180 rps for a fake from the beach .

Hubby loves them too feelthevibe :) They are excellent quality. He%26#39;s had one of them for about 5 years that he still wears frequently and it is still holding strong! Love the %26#39;Mary had a little lamb, it was delicious%26#39; tee!

I bought the mental inside one in Mumbai in 1999 and it is still in good order if not a bit tight these days :(

I bought 3 billabong good quality cotton t. shirts on Mapsa market, for 70 rup.each! They have washed brill.
