Entertainment in Goa

Hi, we are off to Goa in a few weeks time and are wondering if anyone knows of live music in the pubs, clubs %26amp; hotels between Baga %26amp; Candolim. We know of Stonehouse %26amp; Jazz Club. TIA.

East meets West Baga has live music five nights a week but is more up market then any above, a nice place to dine

Mayonies (spelling!!) Sunday night at the end of the new Baga road going towards Marina Dourada. Best music night in Goa, Claudine the French girl who sings at Molly%26#39;s sings there along with lots of other musicians.

Doctor Allen usually starts off with some 60%26#39;s stuff and it goes on, usually, until about midnightish.

Get there about 7.30p.m. as it does get very busy.

Watch you drinks bill if you don%26#39;t pay as you go, always put something on the bill even if you are regulars.

If kareoke is your thing ';Why Not'; bar near to Falcon Resort on Tuesday. Have been told it is a good night if you like a sing song.

Hosted by comedian Bob until end of March when he goes back to Wales to his day job. Someone told us he used to be on Wheeltappers and Shunters many moons ago.

Went to the karaoke at WhyNot bar...had a good laugh there, must be the same bloke they call him 4X4 Bob.

There is a beautiful place in Calangute by just near the beach call A Reverie and t%26#39;s a goooorgeous restaurant and they have an amzing live band with the lead being the famous Georgie. Very Sultry singing by a lady that i forgot her name, but they do great stuff, Van Morrison, Etta James, all the good stuff. Amazing food too.
