Stayed there last Easter , good value, bit of a laid back attitude my the management, but generally OK.

Returning independantly to Goa at the end of March, and I have tried to get them to confirm availability. I am sure there will be, but no one answers emails, and when I called the reception desk direct from UK (number on their website) they were not very helpful, just that %26#39;the manager will reply to email%26#39;. Still waiting after 1 week. Do they not want business?

Has anyone been recently, any opinions? Or can anyone local provide a phone number for the %26#39;back office%26#39; where I can talk to the guv%26#39;nor?

We stayed there last January for the third time, have always found the staff friendly and attentive and also reception helpful although they didnt reply to a mail I sent them requesting a specific room before we went. When we arrived they volunteered that they had got our mail but the room was already booked for the first week for a family of three, it was a privately owned, larger suite than the others we had stayed in so better for 3 people which was fair enough. They said they would move us into the room we requested after the first week when it was vacated but we didnt want the bother so stayed where we were. I think it may have been the time of year you went, Easter is towards the end of the season and I think generally things get a bit offhand towards that time not just the osborne.
