Lucia Guest House

Hello all.

Can someone advise me about the Lucia Guest House?

I%26#39;ve reserved a room for 2 weeks, based on the great reviews on Trip Advisor, and thinking it was a small guest house, but Keith has found a photo of what appears to be a large-ish hotel of the same name?

He found something about building work going on next door as well?

I%26#39;d like to be sure before I confirm the booking, as we are looking for a quiet holiday. I%26#39;ve been to Goa about 6 times, (although not in the past 5 years or so), but I have usually stayed in the cheaper hotels in the past, and I%26#39;m getting a bit worried about this now...............

Lucia Guest House

Lucia Guesthouse is only a small 6 roomed guesthouse but is up the road from a larger hotel by the name of the lui beach hotel so that is where the confusion has come in.

The Guesthouse is so peaceful, you have your own little walk way to the beach from there. Its at the end of the track past the lui beach. Its a little bit off the main road but worth the walk if you are looking for a quiet holiday.

Its a nice family run, basic but very clean guesthouse run my Joseph, Lucia and there son Lawerance

There is a possibility that I will need to find another hotel, we booked Lucia%26#39;s, but now they are trying to change our room.

Does anybody have a decent alternative? or failing that, an email address for the Lui Beach?
