U can pay either way only indian rupees Rs.750 or 5$ + 500 Rs.

Today,s rate for entrance is INR 750/-(500/- city tax + 250/- entrance ). You need to pay in INR cant pay in dollars any more. At Fort show 500/- city tax ticket and pay another 250/- INR entrance.

I%26#39;m giving you an example below to help you understand it (assuming you wish to see Taj Mahal and Agra Fort).

LET%26#39;S SAY YOU HAVE TWO DAYS IN AGRA:

EXAMPLE 1:

If you want to see Taj mahal and Agra Fort the same day, the total cost (combined ticket) is Rs 1000 of which:

500 is the fee levied by ADA

250 is the ASI fee for Taj

250 is the ASI fee for Agra Fort

If the next day you again want to see the Taj, maybe at dawn, then the cost is Rs 750 of which:

500 is the fee levied by ADA

250 is the ASI fee for Taj

EXAMPLE 2:

Suppose you want to see it like this:

Day 1: Agra Fort only

Day 2: Taj Mahal only

Then your cost on Day 1 is Rs 300 of which:

50 is the fee levied by ADA

250 is the ASI fee for Taj

Your cost on Day 2 is Rs 750 of which:

500 is the fee levied by ADA

250 is the ASI fee for Taj
