Two hours in Mumbai!

Hi, does anyone know a reputable car tour/taxi company that could take me and my partner around Mumbai for two hours tour on a Monday morning, say 8-10am and get us to the international airport by 11am for our 13.35 flight back to UK? Or am I being over-ambitious?!

We are also wondering about the best way to get from the domestic terminal at Mumbai the previous afternoon into central Mumbai.

A mere two hours is too little for ANY tour of Mumbai. The traffic will take away most of it. First of all, you would probably need to get to the airport a bit earlier than you plan,in view of heightened security checks. Why don%26#39;t you get that tour the previous day, when you arrive?

The best way to get into town from the airport is the pre-paid taxi service at the airport. I suggest you stay in South Mumbai and get a tour commencing late in the afternoon. Try www.mumbaimagic.com for customised tours. The owner of that company is also a TA Destination expert for Mumbai.

Two hours, that too on a Monday morning - stay within the airport. In that time you will not get anywhere or if you do, you certainly ain%26#39;t returning !

if I am right you would also need a transit visa just to leave the airport!!
