My wife %26amp; I had booked a deluxe room in this hotel via Expedia. When we reached the hotel we were told that all the deluxe rooms are booked. They gave a standard room. Very small room and no place to walk once the 2 suitcases and hand luggage were in. I complained to the management and after some friendly discussion they transferred us to the Arma Hotel Executive. The room was big here and comfortable and no extra charge. Breakfast is so so. On our return trip I booked the Deluxe room at Arma Residency and we were given the deluxe room. This room was bigger than their standard Room. The hotel is okay for 1 or 2 nights but for a long haul. Beware the luggahe handlers at the hotel. They have no respect for your property. They handle it very roughly. I discovered that Handle of my Samsonite Hand luggage was broken when I reached the Airport. The advantage is that they collect you from the airport and drop you too.
